Looking for new yard in North East

Does anyone know of any vacancies on a farm or livery yard that has good grazing (and stable) in North Tyneside or Northumberland.

I have tried places that are advertised but there are waiting lists and the place I am at now is not suitable for my young horse.

Unfortunately most of the good ones do have waiting lists - for a reason! Difficult time of year to be moving yards as well. There are quite a few yards in the Morpeth area with good reputations - David Herron at Tranwell and Todburn EC. Are these anywhere near you?

Morpeth is about 30 minutes away but I am willing to travel if its good. I've never heard of those yards do they have a website?

Unfortunately Gateshead and Durham are quite a bit out of the way which is a shame as I know there are loads of places around there.

How about Benridge just N of Morpeth? It's well run, school, good hacking, easy to get to as just off the A1. I kept my horse there years ago (before getting my own place) and was very happy. It is still the same owner though now not a riding school as it used to be.
