Hi there - shy newbie here 
I am looking to move out to the wilds of North Lincolnshire (to the West of Market Rasen) from Berkshire, looking for part or full livery (full care needed but riding optional)
Most important thing will be riding/instructor support for me and my sheltered (but very adorable) homebred mare, knowing details are always helpful, so wish list
- all year turnout (does not necessarily need to be grazing in winter)
- less grazing a preference
- ideally individual turnout / pairs
- floodlit school
- not enclosed barn (the FOMO is strong in her)
- off road hacking / very quiet roads
- absolute must - someone to help us settle in!
