Looking for ramp mounting block.

Currently investigating quite a big project and looking to invest in a mounting block with a ramp and handrail… I’d prefer plastic/ fibre glass as I would prefer it to be outside but does anyone know where I might find such a thing- a yard I was on years ago had one but it’s long since closed down…
