Hi, could anyone recommend a vets to do a 5* vetting in Surrey? The horse is based in Wisley so inbetween Woking and Dorking.

Equivet cover that area, if you can get Jack or Lexi I find them both very clued up and also communicative and I'm v happy to recco them.
They moved HQ recently but have a large amount of clients in the Wisley, Ripley and surrounding areas. Wisley isnt close to Dorking but up the road from the 2 large towns of Guildford and Woking, also close to Cobham.

Edited to add, don't try for this weekend as the M25 will be completely closed again both ways between jct 9 and 10 (Wisley is adjacent to jct 10) and the roads around will be pretty dire.

I would also try Equivet for that area. I've heard good things about Greyfriars in Farnham, too, but no personal experience of them.

Ian Mckenzies is my vets based in Ascot which looks like it is about 30 minutes away.

Equivet and Sound Equine were both based at Greyfriars. That was after Debbie Watson retired.
Then Equivet took over Sound nearly 3 yrs ago i think, then last year they moved from Greyfriars to Nodwood as a base.
No vet practice at Greyfriars now, just the vineyards.

I can't recommend but I can say I would never use Shotters and Byers. I once overheard one of the partners having a conversation with a client that I felt was very unethical.
