I am literally at my whits end!
I have 2 horses and just not enough time to bring both on at the moment I put up an advert in the local tack shops and online and I just seem to have appealed to local novice riders... All I want is someone with a back dressage knowledge (Shoulder In, Leg Yield, how to get a horse off the forehand and how to get it working from behind) with a good seat and a kind hand for 1 of my youngsters - I have had people with youngsters themselves saying they want to ride as there horse is too young at present what use is that to me in the long term??? No one really seriously looking for a horse to love and bring on arrrggghh one girl I had the other day goes to Bicton College and doesn't even know what a 3 quater line is let alone how to Leg Yield arrrggghhhhh youve been there for a year what do they teach you for crying out loud!!!!
I had one lady this evening come up to ride my boy absolutely fabulous rider, then whilst out on a hack said I'm going to look at a 7 year old to buy hopefully this weekend - gggggrrrrrr WHY DID YOU OFFER TO RIDE MY HORSE THEN AND GIVE ME FALSE HOPE????????
HELP!!!!! if you know of anyone who is looking for an opportunity to ride a lovely natured youngster and someone that knows how to love a horse (preferably with the above knowledge on dressage) please get them to contact me I'm going bonkers trying to find someone.
Thank you and sorry its a long rant!!
