looking for small yard to rent

i am posting for a very good friend she is looking for a small yard to rent in west sussex ideally, may consider east sussex. ideally 5 boxes, its for her horses and one other which is her friends. would like a sand school, have been looking for them on horsemart, etc but nothing anyone know of any yards at the moment.

I know there is a new livery yard just off the M74 J10 (Lesmagagow/Lanark) just opening which might be interested in hiring out to a single individual/or couple of people with a few horses each. There are 13 brand new boxes and an indoor is being built. If you would like contact details then let me know.
