Looking for the impossible!

I am looking for a horse for a friend loan/sale - 15.2 - 16.2 (def no bigger) middleweight preferably. Must be easy to do in every way and impeccably behaved hacking alone & in company fun rides etc not strong but reasonably forward going & pop a small xc fence (no bigger than 2'6") - are there such horses out there? Does anyone know of any reputable dealers in midlands area that might come across anything that might suit her? The horse would have an excellent home for life hacking doing fun rides and very occasional cross country.
