Looking for a yard in Gloucestershire or surrounding area for rent/lease on a commercial basis. 10+ boxes, arena, hacking and accommodation on-site. If anyone knows of anything that would be great thanks.

Thought I had everything sorted but now the landlord can't decide what they are doing. They have changed their minds on the size of the arena - smaller and now they want to put a cheaper surface down and give a lot less storage with it but the rent is staying the same. They are changing their minds on VAT, rates, etc and to top it of planning have refused someone to live on-site. If I was wanting to put my horse in livery I wouldn't be happy having nobody on-site. I don't know, it makes me wary when the landlord can't seem to make a decision especially when they have had 6 weeks to think about it.
