Someone help me out.

I need a pair of boots that are warm in the winter (so not rubber wellies) that won't leak after a year of use. That can cope with being worn 6 hours a day pretty much everyday. That can cope with mud, puddles and muddy puddles and being hosed off at various times of the day. Also boots that you can ride in for when I'm being too lazy to change.

I currently have Dublin river boots, my first pair was fab and did a good couple of years but my newer pair are rubbish and leak after 6 months. I don't mind spending a bit more on a pair of boots as I know you pay for quality as long as I know they will last.
 
I am on my fifth pair of Just toggs Alberta boots. They are instantly comfortable, are light despite being steel toe caps, are 100% waterproof and good to ride in. I use them for at least 8 hours every day and I have bought a new pair every year for the last five years. You can pick them up for around £50 including delivery off ebay.
 
I've had my Ariat Glaciers for just over four months now and they are awesome! Usually it takes about 10 mins of hacking before my feet are numb with cold but not with these on - they are very warm but breathable so you can wear them in hot weather as well. They are waterproof so you can just rinse the mud off. I can't comment on how they last but I know someone who had hers for four years before the leather cracked. I got mine for £200 on ebay - they are a bit more expensive than the grasmeres as they are insulated and are full leather - they look nicer IMO.
 
Tuffa Suffolks (I hack in mine) or the Tuffa Sussex has a riding sole and is on offer on their website if you need the Broad fitting!
 
The Dublins were fab for when I wasn't wearing them too much but when I started wearing them for so long everyday they couldn't cope.

Will have a look at all the brands mentioned, thanks everyone keep the suggestions coming :)
 
Muckboots from the muckboot company - best boots I've ever had, my default foot temp in winter is about zero, and these have kept me well above and cosy. Oh and they hardly let any hay in the top either ;)

I have these and they basically get worn from the beginning to end of winter with nothing but a hosing down to clean them -then stored away until the following winter when I get them out decide to give them a proper clean and oil. I've had mine for years, and without any real proper care, are still doing great.
 
I was going to reccommend the toggi canyons but after going to try a new pair last week, they've changed the calf sizing to 'ultimate massive' - I, with wide calf long leather boots I can hardly do up, find my leg was 'floaty' in the regular calf!

As you're quite a whippetty little thing they'll almost certainly be too wide legged for you ;) however they do last extremely well!

Really? This is interesting. I currently have chemeux wellies and yes they are brilliant but the amount of bits I step into the house everyday is rediculous!
