I am currently looking at buying a little 3.5 box for my first box and I think i have found one that might just fit the bill but there is no price and it says open to offers. I am useless at this kind of thing and dont want to seem rude so i am wondering what people would think was a sensible price for this:

1999 transit chassis with a Luton box on top
Older but useable mot and taxed
130000 miles but a good runner starts on the button
Stalled for 2 horses payload around 1 ton
New floor and rubber matting in horse area
Day Living all recently fitted out and clean and tidy

Dairy milk in offer for those that got this far!!

I have seen those for between £2.5k and £5 depending on condition. The only issue with them is that they have quite a high centre of gravity and dont feel that stable. I was looking at one and decided against it after my mare fell over in it

Its def worth checking your horse loads and travels in it before splashing out. Also stalled for two horses is great but 1t payload isnt really enough for two unless they are small ponies. Dont forget your 1t includes you a passenger fuel tack etc so bear that in mind.

I'm really sorry if I have ruined your thread
