looking to rent yard with a minimum of 8-10 boxes west sussex area

i am looking to rent a yard with a minimum of 8-10 boxes but more is very welcome. i am an event rider looking to move my yard of horses hopefully to my own yard. i have about 8 horses at the moment but have more that would like to come in. i also teach from my own yard so a school that i can teach from is essential. Turnout is needed, and preferably an area for my lorry. a yard with accommodation would be best, but also without is just as good.
