Had to check it wasn't one of ours (who does match the description). Police came onto the farm where we keep them asking if it came from there and took the head collar off Ebony in the field to catch the loose horse before returning it (she must have thought they were bringing food ). I rang the police and the owner had come forward to claim the mare yesterday.
