Ok so my sand school is nearly finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D
I have my 2 youngsters..Saffi and Louis...I want to start loose jumping them or free jumping whatever its called?? Any advice on how to do it or any tips? Thanks.. x

What i used to do was make a funnell type section to send them down - so they cannot run out. So do yours along the long side of the school, use jumps to put them up as a fence parallel to the fence line (i.e fence around the school not jumping fence)

Use the first and last pole outward so it is inviting for the horse - and then start with a single pole, progress to trotting, cantering and then a little jump and off you go. Once the horse knows it's job you will find some will just head off round for the jump. My mare has jumped so many from a standstill when I stopped her moving, went to change something and I look around and she is still walking towards the jump and clambers over it from there! Quite funny - Anyway sorry for that and goodluck.x

Make sure they dont jump out
