please help my 16 hh mare is really stuffy, can any put any tips my way help to loosen her up, i know its typical of mares, but i have tried circles, movements in the school aswell as a passoa, any tips would be greatful xx

if you can find someone with an equissage, they are sometimes happy to take £10 or something to come and use it on your horse?
otherwise lots of serpentines with 10m circles on the "bend" if that makes sense? and shoulder-in/travers has helped with my old horse?

in a way yes she is being lazy because she does not want to use her body to work, she is tb x hann, with a lot of spirit, i think i need to find ways to loosen her up without her getting stuffy when she gets stuffy it normally leads to bucking (she has had her back checked there are no issues in that area)
