lorry Camera

Hi guys ,

I’m looking to get my wife a colour camera and screen for her lorry.

I’d like it to have one camera in the box so she can keep an eye on her horse and then a camera on the back for reversing . Screen size ideally would be 9-12” and could toggle between both cameras or just feature one of them.

any recommendations for something between the £180-£350 range ?

Be careful - it's not legal for the driver to be watching the horse whilst driving.

In that case I will state that the law says a driver cannot look at that screen whilst driving
The exceptions are a reversing camera which activates with reverse gear and camera which replaces mirrors ( many modern lorries have this)

Its my wife’s lorry but she will always be driving with a passenger - it so that the horse can be checked on - don’t worry my wife’s eyes will be on the road !

Make sure that the driver cannot view the screen whilst driving - angle it in such a way that only the passenger can view it

I have had an equivue camera, approx £200, it was a camera that hooked to your phone via wifi, i had 2 and i don't think either lasted more than a year!!

I bought a reversing camera from ebay for approx £35 and I'm really happy with it. Easy to install and use. When i was looking there were others with a 2 camera option
