Lorry Checks - Birmingham?

I have seen a company advertised that will give a lorry the once over before you purchase it but now I can't find the advert!

Does anyone know of a company that would do this in the Birmingham area?

Also what can I expect to pay?

Do they just check the mechanics or will they also check things like the floor?
