Lorry lights?

The little lights on the rear of a lorry above the ramp if one is out will this be straight away plaiting failure? All other lights fine just that one! We have one out days before plating is happening!

Worst case scenario, check you need top lights (highly likely, but worth checking ) and if not, remove both x

Edit, just checked, you will def need the duff one working for a plating, sorry ?
Thank you! I thought I would have to have all lights working, annoying as it’s not long got back from garage after spending weeks for other things now this does this to me!

TIP . All lorry's over 3.5 ton will fail MOT if the front tyres are more than 10 yr old. "Google" "checking tyres age" and check yours if you're not sure of how old they are. (New law as 1/2/2021)
