Lorry prices - anyone good at guessing values??

Hello,
Ive just started looking for a HGV lorry.

5/6 horse
Full living to inc toilet and shower.
Mechanically sound but im happy to work on living / horse areas.

I have a nice enough budget, and have seen 3 so far.
Oldest was an F reg and newest was an L reg.

Now im quite interested in the L reg, but its 6k more than the F reg i viewed and in around the same condidtion body wise.

How would you value this lorry on its description -

VOLVO F618 HGV 17T 5 STALLS NEW MOT
Spacious living with separate WC, shower. Fridge, Grill, hob. Cupboards and storage everywhere. Large Luton and pull out double bed sleeps up to 5. External tack and storage lockers, Large water tank with outside tap. Service History. Taxed, New MOT . Great lorry and reliable.

Obv its MOT is done, and it does have full service history.

Any ideas on price?
Ive had conflicting views on whether its over priced or not.

(Also in new lounge but thought lorries may be more of a 'comp' thing!')

I think the price would entirely depend on what quality the build was and whether it was built by a "name" or not. n Do you have any more details or pictures?

Its not a 'name' as such.
Nicely built lorry though.
