So I'm just wanting peoples thoughts really, I've recently purchased a new lorry and the horse travel herrinbone, the lorry has air suspension to make a more comfortable ride for the horses, it also means that the whole back end of the lorry can be lowered to make the ramp less steep for horses to load/unload, it does like air brakes make a bit of noise my horse isn't fazed by this at all. So my question is would people get annoyed or offended by this at a show ground if operated next to them. Mindfully of course ?

With this just wondering if people could give me some tips on lorry must haves ? :) thank you

I wouldn't be bothered by it, as long as there was some warning - one of ours wouldn't care, another is a bit of a tit so I'd want hold of him at the time. Nothing major, just a friendly word!

Lorry must haves: baling twine and duct tape, for when aforementioned tit has a moment and decides to try to pull a partition off :D

Warning triangles, 8 ton trolley jack, scaffold pole to use with tyre iron to get nuts off, rad weld, exhaust bandage, water, oil, tow rope, extra heavy duty jump leads, hi viz jacket, torch, breakdown cover tel no.

If you have all the stuff, I think it means you're less likely to need it...

Its guaranteed you won't need it when you've got it! Ever since I've had breakdown cover the lorry has behaved impeccably!
