Travel two is good.

If buying from eBay be careful... I was stung by a 'professional' company on there. Don't think we can name & shame on here but if you're thinking of going to see any post/PM me the link & I'll tell you if it's them!
Thought I'd be safer buying from a company than a private seller!

What size box? If 3.5t then traveltwohorseboxes were invaluable for their knowledge and , equi-sport, Marlborough have some second hand on their websites.
Gumtree and dragon driving can be worth a quick scan, but as always buyer beware.

We are looking at a 7.5 box for three horses

Dad is a HGV mechanic and class o r driver so he will be coming with us when we are finally ready to go look.

If you are wanting a 7.5 ton box to carry 3 horses then get the seller to produce a weigh bridge certificate proving the ULW. Many 7.5 ton lorries which have living will not have sufficient payload to carry 3 horses. Just because a box is stalled for 3 horses does not mean that it can legally carry them. I have a Tristar, which is a lightweight build & has living, its ULW is 5.6 tons which isn't bad so I can carry 1.9 tons. Many boxes out there with living will weigh in at over 6 tons so as I say, be careful with weight issues. ;)

Dad is a HGV class one driver and mechanic so will be coming with us on all visits.

I know about the laden and unladen weight, living really dosent bother us to be honset....would prefer the ability to carry the weight rather than a hob/sink etc
