This is doing my brain cell in
If you are carrying 3 full size horses in your lorry, ( 7.5t) and by full size I mean something like 1 at 17hh and 2 at 16hh, how wide is your lorry?
My current lorry is 7' wide internally, with 12' horse area length, and although the big lad can go in with an extreme herringbone, it is quite a shuffle and wouldn't leave much room for the other 2.
So I have been looking at other lorries, thinking that ideally 7'10 is what I need, but many people say they travel big horses in 7' 5" or even less. Will an extra 5" really make a difference? (no Finbar Saunders jokes please )
