Yes as long as it had a big engine inspection hatch in the cab floor. That is what we have and the mechanics finds it easy to work on but, given the choice, tilt cabs are considered better.
I have a Leyland Roadrunner without a tilt cab - never been a problem for the last 5 years ........... BUT!!!!
Alternator needs replacing and the mecanic can't get to it. Have a friend coming this weekend to see if he can make a hole in the floor - if not the luton either has to come off or a hole cut in it. Trouble is we sleep overnight in the luton..... so its not an easy job just to cut a hole.
The commercial vehicel garage we use has no problem with non-tilters-
They do a lot of contract work for commercial fleets, removal and delivery lorries etc, with fixed Lutons.
Our box has two big removable hatches in the walk through part to get to the relevant parts.
