I guess the title says it all really, 2 hopeful loans have fallen through and i'm having a hard time finding any that are close ish to me and not a wee pony or shetland!
I know some people here will say why loan, buy your own etc but that is what i'm looking for at the mo for my own reasons!
But there seems to be a lack of them, i guess people need to sell and make some money back but i have a great home and lots of love to give...just a bit frustrated!
Has anyone else found a shortage~?
I've looked at charities etc but thery don't seem to cover my area so far...
