Loss of confidence/phobias

Interesting link to a session with Paul McKenna on the GMTV website with morning, it may be worth a free 'treatment' for those of us who have a fear or phbia - even non horse related terrors like flying or small enclosed spaces.

I was wondering whether to have a go and see if he can sort me out on meat - to explain, I detest handling uncooked meat esp chicken and liver.... weird as I love food!!

Id go for it, after TFT working wonders with me, (Paul uses some TFT techniques), there is nothing to lose. Im alot less sceptical of these things now. Dont care how it works, it just does!

I wonder if he could cure my addiction to the wrong foods... or to any food really - see food and can't resist, hence I spend half my life on diets to just maintain a weight less than obese!!!!

I'm glad I'm not alone - OH has to do raw chicken, but I love it when its cooked!
As for bringing me home pheasants, rabbits and pigeons - yuck! Again, OK when cooked.
