Impressed at admission that is stage 3 etc which they are required to be upto date on, subtle aknowlegement that I'm not that wrong, noted and appreciated!!

maybe we see things from different veiws based on gender, status (I'm student with 8 horses, so understand cost effectiveness!!), cost, locality, experience of bit**y horsey girls etc.

I didn't mention respect, I was merely pointing out that if you post on an open forum you may not get replies which agree with you and it as well to accept that before you post. Posters who merely want people to agree with them, or who feel that people should agree with the OP will be disapointed on this forum. Also if posters are rude and/or make assumptions about other members they are likely to find that people will post in the same manner in reply to them. (I did not find your post rude at all, but others in this thread are verging on this)

Oh no what am i thinking that is reality.
I work in Beauty PR and compete my horses at weekends when i have time with my sis.
Never had many lessons, so is more about flying by the seat of my pants (they're pretty big by the way
) I do ok, we're not at olympia, but we do ok at county and regional stuff.
I def need some lessons so if you know anyone in the south lincs area who's available please send them my way.

Hades has a shortage of instructors at the moment...although plenty of lawyers and accountants, traffic wardens too...sounds like you don't need any lessons if you're happy.
If not, try looking up the BHS reg of instructors and/or the British Equine Directory for trainers in your area.

I know what you mean about people slating each others riding, but to be honest I dont know why you let it get to you, most do it, just rise above it I know I did when I was there.
I know I got slated to hell but I couldnt care.
The plods are usually the ones that teach you how to ride anyway chick. if you can get a plod going nicely then thats far better than being on something better.
Do you know when you are doing your stage one? I didnt like the attitude of some of the instructors there either and I know exactly who you are referring to.
Who is in your riding group now? I always got shouted at of pam I really dont think she liked me lol or Adele for that matter.
Just ignore them anyway you know what its like you havent got long left so you wont have to ride in these lessons after you finish.
