LOST *** 2x WORKING COCKER SPANIELS**

On 31st December, two male working cockers were stolen from near Claydon in N. Bucks. Their owner is a gamekeeper. He had returned from a walk with the dogs in the morning, nipped in for a cuppa, and when he came out 5 minutes later the dogs had been taken from their kennels. They are unusually marked which suggest they might get moved out of their area and sold as working dogs. They are both liver coloured, one with some white on its muzzle and the other a little white between its front legs. The theft has been reported through the usual channels. We've had a poster up in the shop for about a fortnight regarding this theft, so the information is obviously getting out. Fingers crossed they're found safe and well.
