Lost confidence - good riding schools?

My friend has had a few too many falls and oopses with horses over the years and now her bottle has totally gone.

We've got a horse that she could ride, but she daren't get on him! Does anyone know of a good riding school near Northampton where she can go and get a few lessons to remind her it's good fun? Not happy-hacker type places as she used to ride at a high level so knows what to do once she's up, it's just getting her up there again... and feeling confident when she's there

Would starting with a mechanical horse help? Not likely to buck her off
