I wouldn't sell just yet. You might then find that absence makes the heart grow fonder and that it would then be too late to buy her back. You may regret it. (Even though you don't feel that way now).
I like Catembi's suggestions about going out and about/doing something different where you can enjoy each other's company a bit.
If people have been putting you under pressure to ride it may well be that psychologically you feel riding/horses are now a chore. Try to make it not a chore somehow - Variety may help.
I once thought I might part with my horse. I have had him 8 yrs (since he was 4 yrs old) and I am SO GLAD I never did. Now, I would have seen that as heartbreaking. At the time, I was tired, run down and it just seemed like another burden to shoulder.
