Lost my best friend last night :(

i know exactly how you feel, when i lost puzzle it was a huge thing in my life, but 3 years on i feel how lucky i was to have owned her and feel so privileged that she was mine, the love and strength she gave lives on in me everyday.

((((((( hugs)))))) i am so sorry for your loss, it will be a huge hole in your life and heart. we lost our akita who was as sharp as a tack and great company for 16 years, i was devastated when we had to have her pts. I know it was the right thing to do as she had cancer and her breathing had went off, she just looked at me as if to say "do something" and I then made one of the hardest decisions ive had to make.:(
She was great at hide and seek and could find you no matter where you hid. If you told her" you first," when letting her out, she would get behind you and jump up pushing you with her paws as she knew you were going to hide :)
 
So sorry for your loss , she must have felt so secure and loved that she could go to her favourite bed and curl up for her journey to rainbow bridge knowing how much she meant to you , what a lucky lucky doggy , i wish every dog in the world could be loved by someone like you ...
