I accepted an offer on my house last week and put in an offer on a house I want to buy. My buyer had to pull out today. Am gutted.

Sorry for pointless post really. Just need a hug I think!
 
Oh myhorsefred!! i feel for you, i'm so sorry. Just sit tight and you never know someone may come around the corner and offer you more money! We've been on the market 2 years and only just had an offer -which of course we've accepted.. just had a survey done on the house we want and our buyer called last night as her solicitors have the hump about the covinant that protects the view that goes with the house.
We're praying it won't effect the sale as the information we've provided is 100% true.. but it's worrying all the same. Buying and selling houses is stressful full stop, can't see us doing it again!

Good luck and fingers crossed that you get another buyer along any day!

I'd accepted nearly 150k less than my asking price too, just to get a quick sale!

I have to withdraw my offer on my forward purchase tomorrow now, which is making me tearful as it was my dream property.
