Lost passport - Holsteiner, please can anyone advise me?

I unfortunately lost my horses passport, believed thrown out with magazines. I have found his breeding on the Holsteiner-verband website but cant seem to get a reply to my email requesting a duplicate/ replacement. I have sent it in English and German and asked about cost, happy to pay. Just want to get it sorted out before jabs etc are due but no reply now for a couple of weeks. Has anyone had any experience of a similar thing? or if anyone has a Holsteiner with a pink coloured passport with red binding I would be really grateful to know if I am contacting the right authority. TIA

Would like to know what you did and what you achieved, since I didn't get much info from the Hosteiner website.
