just need to vent some frustration! please forgive the childish whining!
i picked up my new pony on Saturday (she is amazing - love her to pieces). i took her passport to my house but my mum asked me to keep it at her house 'for safe keeping'. when i brought it over she pulled out her horses passport to compare their bloodlines. afterwards i put mine in the same envelope with hers and left it exactly where it was.
today she cant find them! they have grown legs and walked. apparently it is my fault! if i hadnt put mine in with hers they would never have gone missing! wtf? i am thoroughly peeved because it was perfectly safe at my house. even more peeved cos mums is such a small house and paperwork all goes in the same place, how the hell could it have just vanished? even had all the bins out to see if had accidentally got thrown away - nothing! my mum wont even look for it - just says 'oh well' ... how annoying!
aaaaaaaaarrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhh.
and relax.
i have been looking on the welsh pony and cob site and it states £50+ for duplicate passport and £12.50 for transfer of ownership. annoyed about that cos buying a new horse is expensive as it is, but i am more concerned that i have been advised that you have to get the breeders signature for authenticity, and then a signature from the previos owner!. anyone know if this is true? not too sure it would work out running around wales trying to get a siggy off a stranger!
any advice would be much appreciated guys.
thanks! x
