I think I have put my boy's passport in such a safe place that I have lost it. How do I go about getting a replacement?

Telephone your PIO and explain to them, they will issue a replacement (which states replacement with most PIO's) and you will be asked to return one if you find the lost one.

is this a passport for yourself or your horse?
if for horse then get in touch with the society its registered with and they'll send you form to fill in (well the Arab soc did for me), you then pay them lots of money and they give you another!

Yes, it is the Pasport Issuing Office, that is, the group that supplied your passport
