Whats the first thing you would buy

New horse first. One that jumps as my current horse doesn't but could never sell him.

Then I'd go for the house with land etc.

Reasons - the buying houses process takes ages and I want the new horse NOW!
 
I would buy a house with land. Wouldn't have to be anything fancy at all just in good order and a new 4x4, then I would have new stables built if there weren't any there, do the place up to my liking and live like a hermit for the rest of my days :D
 
I would get a nice new oakley lorry, with storage underneath the living ;)

A horse walker, and install some gallops, indoor school which would be MASSIVE, and a solarium :D

and dunno, cos I wouldnt have the time to ride another horse so may buy my friend a really good eventer?
 
1) Sell our current (first) house
2) Buy a yard - a nice new steading conversion with 20 acres, an outdoor school with a roof over it (but edges open, yes I have thought about this a lot!), 1 large barn which leads straight into the fields so horses can mooch in or out as they please and another barn housing a tack room, couple of stables etc.)
3) Buy lots of horsies to fill the new yard with. Probably a couple of proper competition ones and the rest projects/youngsters. (To include an Iberian stallion, a few Welsh Cobs and an Icelandic).
4) Buy a lorry, probably a small Whitaker - hell I'm loaded now apparently so why not!
5) Then would consider replacing other non-horsey stuff (not so important clearly).

Aww man, now I'm sitting here depressed at my desk job knowing I'll never get these things :( This post sucks! lol.
