So sad to hear this he was a wonderful show horse and such an ambassador for the Working Hunters. Poor Louise, she is having an awful time. RIP Cruise Control

I was so shocked when I heard this, Louise must be so distraught. Cruise Control was one of my favourite horses of recent years, and I'm not remotely a showing person. He was incredible, would probably have made a top jumper or a decent dressage horse if he had been produced for it - a true multi-talented and a very beautiful horse.

I saw this and can't imagine how she must feel, such a bad year for her. It makes you realise how our (often) petty whingeing is nothing compared with others' problems.

I'm sure she'll bounce back from this and find some other potential superstars, she and Robert are such top-class producers. I wish her a huge change in luck.
