.. just wanted to share our lovely evening with my Vanner Cob.
My OH has a Welsh D who keeps jumping out of the paddock, so we were busy putting up electric fence to try to stop this.
The Welshie was in his stable, but my Vanner stayed in the field with us while we worked. He's never been on his own in the field, but he was calm and happy following us up and down the fenceline sniffing, gently snorting, helping, standing between us and joining in the site meeting at the start discussing how best to attack the situation .. and sharing our orange and lime tic tacs!!
It was a peaceful and happy time and my lovely cob was an enthusiastic helper ... he is such a lovely, gentle horse and I am so so lucky!
