Hi All,

Its my dressage instructor/ equine guru/ good friend/ life saver etc etc's birthday shortly and I am absolutely stuffed as to what to decide what to get for her upcoming birthday!!

(horse hair jewellery is unfortunately a no go as she keeps her horses at home some way a way from me so I would be unable to get clippings. She has bling brow bands coming out of her ears as she buys them in job lots!).

I have a budget of around £40 (but would stretch a little for something awesome).

She really has helped me more than I could have ever imagined!!

Vx

I bought mine a really nice boot bag for Christmas. In her case, it was a Konig bag as she had just had a pair of Konigs made to measure - she was thrilled with it and there are plenty of really nice ones out there!

How about a matched saddle cloth and bandages in a colour that suits her horse.
If you put HKM into a eBay search that will bring up lots that are around your budget.

Perhaps have a look at wolds exclusive bling on facebook. If you get in quick I think they have some may offers on :) they sell stuff like belts and patent overreach boots etc as well as the bridles/ browbands. Havent ordered from them myself so perhaps search on here for quality etc? :). I think a belt for her breeches is quite a nice one if you think she would wear one so if the ones at wolds dont suit perhaps look on a dressage attire website for one shed like? :).

Aside from that I think the bootbag idea is nice if she doesnt already have matching luggage :).

a matchy set if a lovely idea!

My brain wave last night was a quarter sheet with her initials on, I have emailed my usual embroiderer lady to see if she could source such a thing~!
