It looks great until you read all the blurb....
Plus I'm not sure you can actually live there either, as it's daytime accommodation There is already planning permission for a dwelling by extending the current living massively, losing several stables in the process. They've also said that 30% of any uplift on the property has to be paid to the current owners if you build and the sell up later. Talk about have your cake and eat it!

I'm guessing not as it's specifically described as daytime living and states that the planning is for 'full time accommodation'.

The overage would really put me off. If I buy something I don't want anyone else keeping any rights over it, or any profit I might make on it, ever. And it would make it more difficult to sell on at any time in the next 50 years.
