It looks great until you read all the blurb....
Plus I'm not sure you can actually live there either, as it's daytime accommodation 🤔 There is already planning permission for a dwelling by extending the current living massively, losing several stables in the process. They've also said that 30% of any uplift on the property has to be paid to the current owners if you build and the sell up later. Talk about have your cake and eat it!

I dont think I have ever seen land or a house with land without an overage on it. And that daytime accomodation has been lived in since it was built.
