Still on the hunt (and receiving lots of lovely samples) for a new feed for our terriers. Just moving into their 'senior' years and requiring lower than average levels of protein in their dry feed. They get fresh fish every day (they have just graduated from tinned) and dried seaweed supplemented, would welcome your suggestions.

Wainwrights Senior Salmon and Potato at Pets at Home. My four year old is on it (don't ask) and it seems to suit him, 19%.
I know you said dry :p but I am feeding my pup Natural Instinct raw mix and their working turkey mix (comes in a 1kg ice cream tub) is only something like 14% or 15% protein and that is actual protein from meat.

I am very happy with dr johns silver is 18% ive had all my dogs on it different ages ( pup upto 18 years ) all have fantastic coats and look very good on it.

My SIL fed her cocker all the big named food however her dog had a dull coat and the runs she put on to the above and everything is good now :)

Cc thank you, does the 'derivatives' ingredient not bother you? I'm not sure if it does bother us re the terriers , but interested in yr thoughts. Thank you re dr johns silver I've never heard of it (off to google)

I think Burns is pretty low protein too and decent quality, the Chicken and Brown Rice variety is 18.5% They have a good website that should have all the info on.:)
