Hi all,
Does any one have contacts for low sugar/starch hay (not haylage) in lincolnshire area or be able to deliver to lincs please. Anyone who has a farmer that works with them on testing or provides tested hay? Need some soft low sugar hay meadow or timothy with no rye and all my bales have some back at over 10%.
I have a ulcer prone horse that is really sensitive to sugar/starch and a very good doer, I'm needing to feed ab-lib hay 24/7 out in the field but i'm unable to soak it for various reasons.. so looking into options if anyone does this for their laminitic horses/ulcer horses? Thanks
