does anyone have any experience of being a livery on this yard? I'd welcome views (pm if need be) as I am looking at moving across to that area for a while

I moved there as i needed a horse walker and it was the only yard in the area that had one. It was a fab yard with brilliant facilities but it was far too pricey for me and only offered minimum 5 day full livery. I was unhappy with the staff at the time and found i re did all my jobs at night. A friend of mine is now the yard manager and offers exceptional care, she also teaches.

If it offered morning feeds and turn out only i would love to go back. But at around £400 per month per horse it was just too much for me!
 
Is this the yard in stanwell moor next to heathrow, the one along the river colne? I heard it used to be rough and remember hearing that someone was shot dead at it. But new owners could be lovely, I heard there is a newish arena but land is low and prone to flooding.
