Lucinda will be giving a talk on Headley Britannia in Ashford Hill on Thursday 24th July 8PM. This venue is just a couple of miles from the Headley Stud where Brit was bred, and in memory of the lady who backed her whilst working at the stud, 50% of the profits will go to Cancer Research UK. This is a one- off event, at an intimate venue as it only seats about 100, you will have the opportunity to ask questions after the talk. Tickets £12 including a drink and nibbles. Well, we went to this event last night and just have to say what a totally brilliant evening!
The organisers were all lovely and supplied lots of very yummy homemade cakes and refreshments

Lucinda was just lovely and spent more than two solid hours talking all about Headley Brittania, their ups and downs over 12 years and of course her sadly having to be put down earlier this year following a XC training accident. Lucinda was just in tears as she told us all about it and I have to say so were we all in the audience as well.
It was a real incite in to the hard work and dedication it takes to make it in the eventing world.
