Lucky's 6month round up...

I know *groan* but always have been a bit of a sheep so thought I'd follow the crowd

Just been looking at photo's and realised how much madam has changed already, so thought I would share

Thought I'd do a quick round up

.

Long story short, although there were so many different reasons why I shouldnt have her... I really liked her and brought her

So, Vetted, home, and 4 days later she went XC schooling

She settled in at home...

Had her first lesson with JP

Who loved her, even though I was adament she looked like an angular smarties tube

She then went to her first competition, where she freaked out and dumped me, but then popped round the clear round beautifully

She went to the beach

Met family

Did her first ever Dr test and ODE

Had her first ever clip

Won her first Indoor Sjing competition, and did an eventer trial and came 6th

Showing her keenness to jump

So overall, quite a productive 2009....specially for a 4yr old that was only backed in May! I can't believe actually how much she has changed... What do you think?

She's great, she really is good looking and can see she loves her job and when you round it up, you've done fab with her for a 4 yo.

i love Lucky...she's so pretty and talented!

what i think is the best thing about her is her attitude- she seems to just want to work for you and clearly loves her jumping...i think you are going to have SO much fun with her eventing this year...

She is very pretty... even if I am slightly bias!!

measles, she was very mature, she seems to be going backwards

She is by Clover Clon who is by Cloverhill, out of a TBx mare with a bit of french blood apparently!! Clover Clon has sired Grade A's, so she should be able to jump

She has got a good attitude, just sometimes is a bit too opinionated

She learns quick though

But thanks, I do enjoy her most of the time... she is 90% angel, 10% satan!!!

Thnaks Jules! That was the first time I had sat on her... the girl who rode her at the yard I brought her from started jumping her over a small rail, stride to a X pole, stride to the oxer a hole lower than those pics (so about 1m-1.05) and she bounced the rail to the oxer, and kept it up... knew I was quite keen then

Wow she has changed alot! She looks like she could be chunky in some pics then a skinny little girlie in others!

She looks keener and keener as the pics go which is a good sign! Good luck for the next 6months!
