Lucy update.

Lucy had her second steroid injection today and so far so good she isn't showing any signs of laminitas yet

(touches every bit of wood she can find). She still seems happy in herself. Yesterday i hogged her and gave her a bath then put her out in the field for a bit. She had a roll in the mud and got up and trotted around for a bit then she just put her head down to graze. There is no improvement in her lumps yet, her eyes look alittle better though and she has not had any blood from anywhere since friday. The vet is happy with how things are going. The next injection is on wed so fingers crossed she continus to improve.

Fingers crossed. They're one big worry, these horses. Hope she's over the worst now.

That's good to hear, hope she's on the mend. Have I missed a post - has the vet figured out what's wrong? I think the last I heard she was going to Liphook.
