Hi, without going into detail again, my new horse was in very poor condition when we got her, all these things have improve massively and with TLC she is looking healthy n fit. She had the odd lump the size of a small pea to a 5p on different parts of her body when we went to see her which were down to flys and with the proper fly protection they have gone, but one has not and sits about two inches above her back hock on the tendon.

Her previous owners lied to us so much about her but did say she couldn't jump but I couldn't get out of her why, was this because of an old injury or because she was stubborn? But just kept avoiding the question, but didn't bother me too much as only wanted her for hacking anyway.

She's not lame or stiff but should I be worried about the lump or does this come with an old injury? I have the vet coming out to start her vacs so she will get a check but just wondered if any one has experienced lumps from old injuries and do they cause problems :)
