My horse run in to a fence rail 2 years ago and quite badly cut his leg - the cut healed nicely but he was left with a lump the size of the golf ball - the lump moved to start with and has now formed on the front right hand side of the leg. The Vet xrayed it and said it is just tissue and will absorb within time... 2 years on its still the same.
Well said horse was kicked on Friday on a back leg this time - not bad just taken the skin off but he has a huge lump again where the injury is... got the vet coming as dont want another lump forming on this leg.
Why is he getting these lumps for just a small injury? Anyone had any experience of this or why it happens?
THought the new lump would be swelling but honest its not its like a golf ball again half way down his leg...
ANy ideas?
