Lumps!

My daughter's 6 year old eventer developed lumps the size of a 5p piece down his gullet and on his neck last week. They subsided then reappeared a couple of days ago stretching as far as the saddle region now.

They appear to be an allergic reaction but nothing has changed in his feed, environment, routine or indeed washing product (either for numnahs or horse). Any ideas please?

My horse used to get this and after lots of tests and eliminating (sp) things bit by bit we discovered it was due to a certain pollen that she was breathing in when out in the paddock. We used a nose net and this solved the problem.

Has he had any injections recently, mine got this after a routine injection also could jsut be fly bites and he reacts badly
