ok so i have posted a few times about the dreaded lumps but after another horse with suspected ringworm i sent pics to vets and they want to do a third call out now my insurance is invalid as i first reported it in march and was told its 'nothing to worry about'. she was given an antibacteral to put in her feed , washed with maleseb for a month, no change, left alone for 2 weeks, no change, tried shampoos, aloe gel, antifungal treatments, soaps, wormers now using imaverol, all rugs, brushes and tack disinfected, only eating grass and occasional handful of cubes with any drugs etc. i know the vets cant get it right every time but surely this is their mistake not mine. i asked for a scrape test the first time. Ive spent over £200 on call outs so far and washes medicines etc. http://i1292.photobucket.com/albums/b570/lynnandbella/lumps3_zpsfc8a3c29.jpg

Sorry, your lack of punctuation makes your post hard to read. But I think what you're saying is that as the vets haven't found a cause for the lumps, they should continue to treat until they do?

Why?

Why has your insurance run out?

I had rang insurers in march to start a claim, but vet said it will just go away on its own .it didnt, they said its not worth testing etc do you think i can still claim on insurance? Im on a low income so cant afford £55 call out £35 examination and treatments on top.

They won't change, as I said in your other posting, they are more than likely collagen bumps, and messing around with them will just make the skin sore. You are making a mountain out of a molehill, quite literally!! Just leave them alone!
ETA I've just looked at your photos, I would say that you have saddle fitting issues that need addressing, but they still look like collagen lumps to me.

Hi silverfire, the lumps are mainly in saddle area a few just passed it. They first appeared when i wasnt riding her. They do get sore if she sweats when i ride as the lumps go soft so i cant really ride her very much, just short rides when its cool. I will get saddle fitter out and see what they say but ive had 3 people say the saddle fits well.
