Hi does any one have any ideas what these lumps are u see my ponies jaw? The vet has been put but has no idea the cause he said it’s not an abscess and put her on bute for 3 days. She had a small lump a couple of months ago which the vet came and looked at and he said just salivary glands nothing to worry about but this morning they are huge. She is eating and drinking fine but has never liked any poll pressure and actually reads if you put any pressure not sure if it’s connected.
I have attached some pics, she was wormed a few days ago. Thank you

I'm not sure exactly where the lumps are, is that the side of her face or under the jaw?
Are they fluidy lumps or hard? Could they be a reaction to a bite or sting? This weird weather has resulted in some insects being around at unusual times, had a massive wasp in the house the other day, not normal for mid November.

Thank you for replying the vet said they are fluid lumps but they are not hard either. The lumps are in between the 2 jaw bones. He checked every lump for indication of a bite or thorn and also inside her mouth for a grass seed or anything. The vet is back tomorrow to hopefully run some tests as they are not going.
