Could someone reccommend me somewhere i can have a few lunge lessons in west yorkshire? my balance is shocking (im deaf in one ear) and i could really do with working on my confidence too

Thanks

YRC up at Markington always used to do lunge lessons, haven't been for years but i'm sure they would still do so.
Or how about the mechanical horse at Manor Grange Stud (just south of the M62) and have a few sessions on him.

I dont really use riding schools, the only place I have seen lunge lessons locally was Yorkshire Riding Centre at Markington, but that might be a little far.

I would think any good riding school would do them, if they do private lessons, I cant see why they wouldn't.

Also if you have your own horse, there are lots of freelance instructors around. A few come to our yard if you want some names I can find out.

Try Buckstones Equestrian at Sutton-in-Craven. Sue will be able to help you out and tailors all her lessons to the individual requirement. It is in a lovely location not too far from Leeds. Large indoor/outdoor arenas. I would think it is really worth a try JG.

I would also recommend the YRC, but any good school offering private lessons might be able to help. Royds Hall is very good as well. Thats nearer to Leeds.
